Job Summary: 
The Successful candidate is responsible for supervising all daily liquid production operations to meet predetermined production schedules to ensure an optimal balance of quality, service, and efficiency to achieve operational excellence. They will perform production activities and operate production equipment in accordance with BRC requirements, as well as all Illes SOP’s, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), quality standards and time sequences. This position supports individual operators to perform the functions of their jobs effectively and efficiently to increase production and maintain quality. Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Enforce safety, GMP, and sanitation standards.
  • Verify raw materials, containers, and labels against batch sheets; report discrepancies.
  • Add ingredients per batch instructions and control blend time.
  • Monitor production and equipment via HMI for safe, efficient operations.
  • Inspect materials and product quality; perform seal tests and coordinate QA sampling.
  • Accurately fill, label, and stack containers; update batch sheets in RiteTime.
  • Operate, clean, and maintain production, packaging, and industrial equipment.
  • Complete job outputs in Ross and move goods to the warehouse.
  • Maintain reports, request supplies/repairs, and communicate professionally.
  • Ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned and maintain regular attendance.

  • Bilingual is a plus 

Experience & Education: 
High School or Equivalent. Food industry experience required. 

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

  • Lifting: Ability to continuously lift weights up to 55 lbs. vertically.
  • ​​​​​​​Carrying: Ability to continuously carry up to 55 lbs. to distances up to 70 in.
  • Push-Pull: Able to transfer up to 100 lbs. on a sled up to distances of 45 ft (no repetitions).
  • Repetitive Coupling: Ability to continuously squeeze Jamer hand Dynamometer requiring forces up to 10 lbs.
  • Climbing: Ability to continuously ascend and descend a step with a height of 8 in.
  • Temperatures: Varies from 55 to 110 degrees
