POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Bulk Staging Specialist A will be responsible for accurately staging all materials required to create kits for both McKenzie and Luna production teams. The partner will keep the warehouse, common areas, and outside areas clean and maintained. The current hours for this position are 5am - 2pm Monday through Friday. This partner is expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is aligned with Illes Foods' Core Values: Operate with Integrity, Stay Intentionally Curious, and Believe in the Power of the Partnership.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Bulk staging of required materials for Liquid and Dry Production Teams.
- Pull all materials needed for the Weigh Stage Team.
- Achieve at least 2 staged batches per hour.
- Basic knowledge and ability to execute required transactions in Ross ERP system.
- Follow all GMP, safety policies and Illes procedures.
- Cross train in other departments within the company.
- Maintain appropriate and professional written and verbal communication.
- Ensure that food safety, legality, integrity and quality standards are always maintained.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
- Regular attendance for scheduled shifts is a requirement of this position.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Minimum Job Requirements:
EDUCATION | High School or Equivalent or the ability to obtain same within specified time. |
EXPERIENCE | Warehouse experience required. |

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds continuously.
- Ability to handle 55-gallon drums after training.
- Ability to lift 100 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to stand continuously.
- Bend, stoop, climb, reach above shoulder, crouch and push and pull frequently.
- Use feet, hands, wrist, arms and shoulders constantly.
- Work while standing on a 10-foot stepladder with rails.
- Temperature variation of 55 to 110 degrees.
